Acceptance of contract terms
You have the option of having your computer remember your login information to save you from having to retype your username and password each time you visit this website. You should not use this option if you share a computer or if others have access to your computer.

Use of cookies

Use of web beacons

Use of third party ad networks
The majority of the online banner advertisements you see on the Site are displayed by OGF. In addition, OGF may also allow other organizations, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to display advertisements on the Site. To do this, ad networks place a persistent cookie on your computer. Doing this allows the ad network to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. In this way, ad networks may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. Access and interference
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained herein without prior expressed written permission from OGF. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any service offered on the Site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on OGF infrastructure. Much of the information on the Site is updated on a real time basis and is proprietary or is licensed to OGF by the users or third parties. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from our Site without the prior expressed written permission of OGF or the appropriate third party.
Termination/access registration
OGF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. OGF may also terminate or suspend your access to the Site for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by OGF. Upon termination of the Site, your right to use the Site immediately ceases. OGF shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.
Limitation of liability
The information and software included in or available through the Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the Site and to the information therein. OGF may make improvements and/or changes to the Site at any time.
OGF makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, lack of viruses or other harmful components, or accuracy of the information, software, and related graphics contained within the site for any purpose. All such information, software, and related graphics are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. OGF hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions within the site for any purpose. All such information, software, and related graphics including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, title, and non-infringement.
You specifically agree that OGF shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any transactions entered into through the site.
Under no circumstances including but not limited to negligence, shall OGF be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including but limited to lost income or assets arising out of the use, or inability to use, the materials on this site or for errors or omissions on this site or any linked site, even if OGF or an OGF-authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials form this site results in the need for services, repair, or correction of equipment, you assume any costs thereof. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Our transmissions
Any material, information or idea you transmit to or post on the Site by any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be disseminated or used by OGF or its affiliates for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law. Furthermore, you agree to and hereby irrevocably assign, transfer and convey to OGF any and all right, title and interest in and to any copyrightable or patentable material, intellectual property, information or ideas you transmit to or post on the Site.
Terms of use and privacy Policy revisions
OGF may at any time revise these Terms of Use or Privacy Policy by updating this posting. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to which you are bound.
Warranties
The Site and any references to products and/or services are provided "as is" without any warranty or implied term of any kind. OGF products are sold under specific purchase agreements which set forth all terms and conditions of the sale, including warranty terms and exclusions. You should carefully read your sale agreement, especially the limited express warranties which OGF makes in your agreement. OGF disclaims and excludes any and all express and implied warranties for your product and/or services which are not set forth in your sale agreement whether or not information on the product appears in the Site. The excluded warranties included, but are not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. OGF also disclaims and excludes any liability for incidental or consequential damages. Some states (or jurisdictions) do not allow certain of these exclusions, so certain of these exclusions may not apply to you.
General
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Franklin County, Ohio, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph. You agree to indemnify and hold OGF, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, successors, and assigns harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including actual attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Site. OGF reserves the right to disclose any personal information about you or your use of the Site, including its contents, without your prior permission if OGF has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of OGF or its affiliated companies; (c) enforce the Terms of Use; (d) act to protect the interests of its members or others; or (e) comply with conditions outlined in the OGF Privacy Policy. The performance of OGF under this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of the right of OGF to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by OGF with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and OGF with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and OGF with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial and administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
