Ohio’s small, private foundations make significant contributions to the communities they serve, whether in education, social services, the environment, the arts or other funding areas.  Many do so with few or no staff, keeping abreast of community issues as well as tending to the grantmaking process, tax and legal compliance, investments and board development. Like their larger peers, smaller foundations can benefit from OGF's services. If you operate a private foundation that grants less than $250,000 annually, you are eligible for associate membershiop in OGF.

As an Associate Member, you will benefit from:

  • Access to the Associate Members section of the OGF Website with a wealth of information geared to small foundations, including sample documents such as by-laws, investment policies and grant guidelines

  • Join the Small Foundations listserv with information and timely news posted each month

  • Receive $100 off OGF’s Annual Conference registration

  • Attend Sessions at the Annual Conference designed just for small foundations.
